If your staff work on the frontline dealing with potentially aggressive, angry people, or customers, they need to have some skills to help lower their chances of being hurt or causing damage to the reputation of your business. We can train them how to handle difficult and dangerous situations. We will show them how to manage aggressive people in many situations (tailor-made for your specific work environment).

Workshops include;

Personal safety advice, workplace violence and aggression in the workplace advice
The law about self defence, assault, robbery, trespass and body language
Impending signs of an attack, threat/risk assessment - how to de-escalate the situation
Break away moves for escape

Suitable for enforcement, emergency officers, duty managers, teachers, security, night staff and staff who by occupation have to handle sensitive and/or difficult situations.

We offer half and full day training workshops- that will not cost an arm and a leg.

Managers and Supervisors- Leadership In Action Workshop

This workshop provides valuable information for managers and front-line supervisors who have to lead teams that may be subject to a critical situation where they have to 'step up to the plate' and lead the team not just manage it.

We use an international humanitarian model of leadership response to emergency situations and also cover New Zealand legal issues, personal safety and we test with group based scenarios relevant to the workplace.
